"Delivery took way too long"
I ordered this weeks ago and kept checking the tracking, but it barely changed the whole time. It would sit on the same update for days, which was really frustrating. When it finally showed up, it was already late, and I’m not happy with the experience at all

"Started falling apart way too soon"
I’m mentally drained dealing with stuff like this. It felt cheap right out of the box, and after barely using it, it already started falling apart. I really expected it to hold up longer than it did.

"Way more frustrating to assemble than it should’ve been"
Once the shelter was finally up, it was fine, but getting there was such a pain. The instructions were confusing in places, and a few parts just did not want to line up. I kept thinking, how is this okay for something that’s supposed to be straightforward? It took way longer than I expected. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely not an easy setup.

"Help was fine, but the wait was annoying"
The support I got was okay overall, but the waiting was frustrating. Replies took a while to come in, and by the time someone got back to me, I was already a bit annoyed. They did help eventually, but it wasn’t exactly a smooth experience.

"Felt like an avoidable letdown"
I was expecting more for what I paid. It didn’t really feel like I got good value, and I kept thinking I could’ve spent the money on something better. Maybe other people would be fine with it, but for me it just felt overpriced for what it was, which made the whole thing feel avoidable.
